Residents and staff at Vietnam Veterans Keith Payne VC Hostel gathered on the weekend to celebrate the retirement of Nurse Julie, who had dedicated 13 and a half years of her career to the facility.

Nurse Julie was known for her compassionate care and dedication to residents. She was also a valuable member of the team, and she will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

At the farewell lunch, Nurse Julie was presented with flowers, gifts and a lunch.

Nurse Julie said that she had loved working at the facility, and that she would miss the residents and staff very much. She also said that she was looking forward to her retirement, and that she was excited to spend more time with her family and friends.
