Home to 50 residents, Rumbalara House is our modern ageing-in-place community that is located in the heart of Adelene in Wyoming. With a mixture of warm, welcoming indoor areas and a number of spacious courtyards, residents can relax inside or have the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, while remaining within the safety of the home.

Rumbalara House comprises 50 private suites, all with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and bright, with large windows that look out to the landscaped gardens.

Maximum Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD): $550,000
Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR): 8.38%*
Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP): $126.27
Daily Payment Calculation:
RAD ($550,000) x MPIR (8.38%) / 365 (days of the years) = DAP ($126.27)
