Independent and intimate, Vietnam Veterans sought-after community looks out to the coastal beauty of the bushland of Wyrrabalong National Park. As an ageing-in-place community, Vietnam Veterans offers quality, person-centred residential care, as well as respite care.

Vietnam Veterans Keith Payne VC Hostel (KPVCH) is an ageing-in-place community, meaning our living options provide for all levels of care – from low to higher care needs. This Alino Living community comprises 76 private furnished suites that enjoy tranquil outlooks to the bushland setting.

Maximum Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD): $550,000

Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR): 8.38%*

Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP): $126.27

Daily Payment Calculation:

RAD ($550,000) x MPIR (8.38%) / 365 (days of the years) = DAP ($126.27)
