Alino Employee Mary Farrell Recognised for Exemplary Service

Mary Farrell, Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator at Adelene Village, was recently honored at the Gosford Rotary Pride of Workmanship Awards for her exceptional dedication, commitment, and positive work attitude.

She emerged as this year’s distinguished recipient of the award, celebrated for her outstanding care and services to the residents of Adelene Village. Over the past three years, Mary has significantly enhanced the lifestyle and well-being of the residents, providing care that sets a benchmark on the Central Coast.
David Nichols, President of Gosford Rotary, spoke highly of Mary’s contributions, describing her as a “phenomenal lady” from Adelene Village who provides exceptional assisted care and outpatient services.

Mary expressed deep gratitude upon receiving the award, stating,

“It’s an honour to be recognised. I love caring for the residents and the community at Adelene, which truly feels like home.”

Her passion for her work is evident in her commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for everyone she serves.
